Mission Accomplished

Manningham SES volunteer their time to rescue us from storms, flood, or if we get lost in the bush.

To make that task easier for them to respond to emergencies, the Manningham SES Unit identified the need for a 4×4 multi-purpose response vehicle to be used during boating rescues, casualty extraction, storm and flooding responses, and when they are supporting other agencies like the police, ambulance and fire services. It will be used as the primary asset for search and rescue operations or be used to transport equipment and personnel from the primary truck to more remote locations. 

This will be a great asset to help them help us.

Thunderball 2025 raised a massive $80,000 to assist Manningham SES in purchasing this new vehicle.
